How to measure a jacket
Note: Measurements provided are of the product when laid flat, not body measurements.
1. Chest is measured along line 1.
2. Shoulder is measured along line 2.
3. Sleeve Length is measured along line 3.
4. Back Length is measured along line 4. On the back of the jacket; from the seam at the base of the collar to the bottom hem.

RETURN POLICY
At Toboggan Canada, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with our products.
If you are not fully satisfied, item(s) ordered on www.toboggancanada.com may be returned to us within 30 days of order, if the below requirements are met.
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Hangtags still attached
- In its original packaging
Please advise within 7 days if the item received is damaged or defective.
Items marked as “FINAL SALE” cannot be exchanged or returned.

FOR RETURNS WITHIN CANADA AND THE UNITED STATES
Pre-paid return label is only provided for qualifying orders from US & Canada.
Once a return label is issued, the package must be shipped to Toboggan Canada within 7 business days.
Returns will be inspected by Toboggan Canada and will be fully refunded (minus any restocking fee) to your original method of payment.
Please allow 10-15 business days for the credit to post to your bank account or original payment method.
Restocking Fee ($18)
All refunds will be subject to a $18 restocking fee.
For Return and Exchange:
Items returned for an exchange will need to be inspected before the exchange item is sent out.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be dispatched.
For faster exchange, we advise you to return the item in your possession for a refund and order a new style/size from our website. No restocking fee will be applied with this option.
For Return and Store Credit:
Store credit is valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue.
Store credit is made available to the customer via Digital Gift Card.
FOR INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
The choice of shipping carrier is at the discretion of the buyer.
Buyer needs to open a return request, following the returns portal and wait for the return to be approved.
Once approved, the buyer will be emailed with the complete address & return commercial invoice for shipping back the jacket.
All associated customs duties and shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
Package must be shipped to Toboggan Canada within 7 business days along with the tracking number and proof of shipping.
Returns will be inspected by Toboggan Canada and will be fully refunded (no restocking fee) to your original method of payment.

Warranty Policy*
We want you to enjoy your jacket as long as possible; life expectancy of our products depends on how you treat them. Any Toboggan Canada jacket purchased from an Authorized Retailer is fully warranted up to 1 year against any defect in material and workmanship. If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect, we will repair the jacket free of charge, or replace it at our discretion. If the exact style is not available for replacement, a product of equal value and similar style will be provided. Proof of purchase is mandatory.
Any Toboggan product damaged by normal wear and tear or misuse of the product will not be accepted for a replacement or a refund. The warranty will be voided if the inside garment tags are removed.
Returns will not be accepted without an authorization number sent by e-mail. Please contact info@toboggancanada.com to obtain a return authorization number.
Please note that Toboggan Canada warranty does not include 2 way shipping. All repairs must be sent to Toboggan Canada at the customer’s expense.
